Villa La Pioppa offers its guests spacious and bright spaces, furnished with taste and attention to detail.

The five double bedrooms, each with the privacy of their own bathroom, are all equipped with modern comforts and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding park.

Secular Park

Secular park: the green heart of the property, a peaceful oasis of about 5 hectares. Characterised by tall trees such as oaks, walnuts, elms, limes, poplars, willows and alders, it offers a charming and cool atmosphere, especially during the summer months.

The park is flat and easily walkable, ideal for relaxing walks, morning jogs or simply enjoying the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Pool and solarium

The swimming pool within the park and adjacent to the house is an architectural specimen in white Carrara marble mosaic, oval in shape measuring 18 x 8 m, and is one of the distinguishing features of Villa La Pioppa. Located in a sunny and sheltered position, it is the ideal place to cool off and relax during hot summer days, active from the last Saturday in May until mid-October.

The depth varies from 1.40 m to 3.00 m in the diving area. Access is via a special stone staircase with round steps. The solarium, adjacent to the pool, is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas to ensure maximum comfort for guests and a comfortable gazebo for a pleasant picnic by the pool.

Paved area and inner courtyard

Situated between the villa and the pool, a paved area is furnished with tables and chairs, creating a convivial space where one can dine al fresco, organise barbecues or simply enjoy an aperitif at sunset.

Adjacent to the living room, a courtyard furnished with table and chairs offers a further outdoor space for dining or relaxing, surrounded by the greenery of the garden and overlooking the pool.

Wrought iron driveway and gate

The imposing entrance with wrought-iron gate leads to the tree-lined drive leading to the villa, creating a welcoming atmosphere and introducing guests to the beauty of the property.

Dependance and caretaker's quarters

At the entrance to the estate and next to the villa are two small independent annexes, where the owners and the caretaker reside. Their discreet presence guarantees assistance and support, without interfering with the guests’ privacy.

Parking

The villa has a large private car park within the property, to ensure maximum security and peace of mind for guests arriving by car.
